Liz McDonough is a creative producer, program strategist, brand steward, and multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of art, design, culture, and community. Her practice centers on developing programs, experiences, and editorial stories that bring people and ideas together — creating platforms for ideas to be explored, shared, and carried forward.
Liz currently serves as Global Design Producer for a creative marketing agency, where she leads the creative development and delivery of experiential programs for Fortune 500 brands. Her work spans global activations tied to major cultural and industry moments, including Formula 1 Grand Prix races, SXSW, and the World Economic Forum.
Alongside her commercial practice, Liz collaborates with Periplus Workshops, an experimental design program in Greece, contributing to creative programming, facilitation, documentation, and the continued development of its material-led practice. She is also the Editor and Creative Director of Periplus Dispatch, an independent publication she conceived to extend the ideas and creative exchange of the workshops beyond their time and place, bringing together stories and perspectives from artists, designers, and researchers around the world.
Liz also leads Good Intentions, the independent creative studio she founded, focused on material exploration, placemaking, and narrative-driven design. Her work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and cultural spaces from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Kalamata, Greece.
